[S02C-03] Convolution quadrature time-domain boundary element method for 2-D pure antiplane anisotropic viscoelastodynamics

This study presents a convolution quadrature time-domain boundary element method (CQBEM) for 2-D pure antiplane anisotropic viscoelastodynamics. Three element standard viscoelastic model and the fundamental solution obtained by Wang and Achenbach are considered for the expression of viscoelastic and anisotropic properties. The brief description of the developed CQBEM formulation is discussed. Some numerical results obtained by using the CQBEM are demonstrated.
