[2A01-06-01] A method for searching an optimal shooting condition of DIC measurement based on response surface methodology

This study proposes a method for determining an optimal shooting condition of the digital image correlation (DIC). The method is formulated based on the response surface methodology. The explanatory variables in the response surface take the F-number, the shutter speed and ISO speed which strongly affect the shooting accuracy. The response surface is defined according to Box-Behnken design. The DIC with the proposed method allows high accurate measurement.
