To evaluate the impact of the barometric pressure drop caused by the super typhoon on flood flow is important. This paper studied effect of barometric change to free water level of land area such as ground water level, surface water level using physical phenomena based hydrologic model. The simulation results clearly show that barometric pressure drop make free water level of increase as same as sea area.
