Four-point bend tests of reinforced concrete (RC) beams were performed at approximately the same time in one institution equipped with one test machine for investigating the uncertainty involved in experiments. The RC beams were produced simultaneously at one location to reduce the variation of materials and specimens. This study can provide experimental data for Validation and offer valuable insight into the V&V for concrete structure.
