This study simulates the post-peak non-linear behavior of a reinforced concrete beam with shear reinforcements. The non-linear finite element analysis with a damage model is applied to the simulation, and the damage model is extended to the constitutive law that can express the closing and recontact of cracks. Several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed model.
