Three-dimensional spatial distribution estimation of corn tip resistance considering seismic prospecting is performed based on actual measured data by Gaussian process regression with multiple random fields. A blind test is performed to examine the estimation accuracy. The correlation between the elastic wave velocity and the trend component of the corn tip resistance is considered in the formulation. The hyperparameters are estimated by the maximum likelihood method. The accuracy of the estimated spatial distribution is examined with or without consideration of elastic wave velocity. It is confirmed that the estimation accuracy is improved by considering elastic wave velocity.
