Avian models have been instrumental in developmental biology studies. Their potentials for future dev bio research will depend on technological breakthroughs, including in the fields of stem cell biology, gene editing, omics and single cell analysis. This workshop will give the avian research community in Japan a platform to discuss about cutting-edge technologies available for avian research and to collaborate both domestically and internationally.
