Sysmex Corporation will exhibit the HM-1000 super-resolution microscope.
The super-resolution microscope is a new technology with a resolution of approximately 20 nm, which is beyond the 200 nm resolution limit (refraction limit) of conventional fluorescence microscopes. The super-resolution microscope based on the staining method of fluorescence microscopes can perform target-specific staining. The super-resolution microscope can perform to observe the co-localization of protein molecules, the localization of proteins and viruses in intracellular organelles, and the shape of protein aggregates in cells.
