BRACAnalysis 診断システム is a germline genetic test to detect variants of BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. It is used as a companion diagnostic program to assist in determining whether PARP inhibitors can be administered to patients with breast, ovarian, pancreatic, or prostate cancers. It is also used to determine hereditary breast ovarian cancer (HBOC) syndrome in patients with pre-existing breast and/or ovarian cancers. myChoice診断システム is a companion diagnostic program that detects homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) using tumor tissue of ovarian cancer patients as specimens and assists in determining whether PARP inhibitors can be administered.
