Strategy for development of molecular imaging agents: Disease- and target-oriented precise molecular design

各疾患や標的に対するイメージング剤の開発に必要な、特異的な分子の設計について、低分子、中分子、高分子の長所短所を挙げて議論する。脳を標的としたイメージング剤は低分子が主流であるが、最近scFvなどを標的としたものなども報告されている。また、中分子や高分子は今後低分子と比べて期待されるのか？　癌のイメージングでは、例えば膵臓癌などの間質が豊富で薬剤が届きにくい組織にはどのような薬剤開発戦略が必要か？　感染症でウイルスや細菌を特異的にin vivoイメージングするにはどのような分子を作るべきか？　臨床において核医学診断を行う意義などを最新の国内外の知見も踏まえて議論したい。
