脊髄誘発電位は我が国で基礎的ならびに臨床的研究が始まった。同電位には刺激部位、記録部位を変えることで種々の電位が得られている。我々グループは、基礎的研究として各電位の起源について研究し、臨床応用も行ってきた。講演では、今までの知見と現在も行なっている研究について解説する。
