多チャンネルの高感度磁気センサで、神経の電気生理的な情報を非侵襲的に得られる脊磁計は、電位計測では難しかった高精度な脊髄の障害部位診断が可能になると期待されている。本講演では脊磁計を支える技術面を概説する。
