術中脊髄モニタリングの精度は90％以上と高く、有用であることが示されている。しかし実際のハイリスク脊椎手術においては、疾患ごとに神経障害リスクが異なっている。術中脊髄モニタリングによって何が救えたのか、また今後の向かうべき方向性について講演する。
