睡眠脳波は，てんかん性放電や機能障害を示唆する徐波の検出感度が高くなるため，判読に習熟する意義が大きい．睡眠段階変化に伴い出現する，要注意の正常波形，正常亜型も含めて，有用な基礎的内容・tipsを概説する．
