I am currently working as a professor and chair in the Department of Public Health at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. I have a broad background in epidemiology. I received my PhD and postdoctoral training in the United States. After returning to Taiwan, I resumed my analysis of Taiwanese nationwide claim data, focusing on birth outcomes.
