[1Ep06] Thermal conductivity measurement of single-walled carbon nanotubes in the high temperature region
Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) have been actively studied as electrical wiring materials, and there are many theoretical research reports on their thermal conduction characteristics. However, it is extremely difficult to measure the thermal conduction on the nanoscale, and there are few reports on the thermal conduction characteristics of a single SWCNT with a defined structure. Measuring the thermal conduction of a structure defined SWCNT is necessary for the advancement of thermal nanotechnology. In this study, we try to measure the thermal conductivity of single SWCNTs in the diffusive thermal conduction region.
