[2P30] Growth process and morphology of Titanium oxide nanowire

In this study, we confirmed the composition and structure dependence for the formation of titanium oxide nanowire. The raw material was a TiAl alloy, and the composition of Ti was changed, and a wire was formed by etching of Al by NaOH. The relationship between the structure and the morphology was investigated by observing the formed wire. As a result, it was confirmed that the dependence on the structure was low and the dependence on the composition was high.
