Surface and vacuum science is needs-oriented. In this symposium, general explanation of 5G will be given from the ministry of internal affairs and communication. Then, cutting-edge research and developement will be given from the researchers of industry, university and public research institite. This symposium is antipated to be a ground of novel areas of surface and vacuum science.
