[3P10] Field emission from carbon nanofilament grown on carbon fiber paper by thermal CVD

Field emission characteristics of carbon nanofilament grown on carbon fiber paper by thermal CVD were investigated. Low threshold electric field of 1.15V/μm was obtained.
