[2Hp02] Three-dimensional Fermi surface of TiSe2 by means of angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy
Three dimensional Fermi surface of TiSe2 is investigated by means of angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy with synchrotron radiation. Volumetric presentation of the photoelectron intensity at the Fermi level in the kx-ky-kz space well represent the DFT-calculation for the Fermi surface of TiSe2. Change of the Fermi surface due to the CDW transition is also discussed.
