[PY-12] Development of a Rock Fragmentation Size Distribution Measurement System Using 3D Photogrammetry

Rock fragmentation size distribution is of particular importance to operations that many of these factors. mechanical breakage or blasting of ore., due to the heterogeneous nature of the rock strata, as well as the sheer amount of material that is continuously mined, it is difficult to monitor the size distribution during day-to-day operations. This challenge presents the need for an accurate, quick and accessible method of the rock fragmentation size distribution without intensive sampling and laboratory testing.The method proposition as a wipFrag Make use of this method by employment multiple images from different angles to create 3-dimensional models, using a photogrammetric method called from structure motion Secondly, supervoxel segmentation is applied to the point cloud generated by the problem has some limitation that need to be resolved through the use of other problems. Lastly, due to the sequential nature of the process which involves multiple techniques,The study also aims to streamline the workflow into the system so that the work has been performed done-site. The system has potential for use in a wide array of mining operations that utilize rock breakage in its extraction process.
