For Participants

Accommodations and meals
All participants should stay in CHÂTERAISÉ Gateaux Kingdom SAPPORO, Hokkaido, Japan. Accommodation and meals will be covered by The Naito Foundation. No need to make reservations for rooms by individuals.

Registration
The registration desk will be opened at 15:00 to 17:00 on July 4. You will be handed room key and meal card.
 
Welcome Reception
You are cordially invited to the reception which will start at room “SEMILLON” at 18:55.
 
Social Gathering
A room for gathering is available at night during the conference to interact informally among participants. Details will be announced on the days.
 
Check Out
Please check out by 10:00 am on Friday, July 7. You might be requested to pay your own room service charges at the checking out. You can leave your luggage at the lecture hall until the conference is finished.
Please allow us to remind you that all attendees are requested to participate in the entire conference.
 
Transportation
Poster Participants are responsible for the transportation expenses to the conference site.
Complementary hotel shuttle bus services to and from Sapporo station are available. Please refer to the hotel website for location of the bus stop. In addition to the regular bus services, the following extra bus services for the Naito conference to and from Sapporo station are available:
