脳梗塞急性期治療は、血管内治療のエビデンスが明らかとなり、大きく変貌している。しかしながら、未だ、その治療の恩恵をこうむる人は少ない。今後、t-PA治療や血管内治療は、どう展開していけばよいのであろうか？また、今後のリハビリテーションについても考えたい。
