The industry-academia collaboration, which is specific to neuroscience field, aiming to extensively utilize the rapidly advancing neural decoding technology is gaining momentum. This trend may provide an important career path for neuroscience researchers. We will focus on the "metaverse," which is attracting a great deal of attention in the IT-related industry, in the industry-academia collaboration symposium this year.
