Dr. Priya Jagota is currently a consultant movement disorders neurologist at the Chulalongkorn Center of Excellence for Parkinson's Disease & Related Disorders, Chulalongkorn University Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. Apart from attending the regular clinic, she runs the movement disorders neuropsychiatry clinic which sees PD patients with severe neuropsychiatric issues along with a geriatric psychiatrist.

She is also working closely with the Parkinson's Disease Patients Support Group to bring awareness to the public about Parkinson's Disease and improve patients' quality of life and care through various projects and activities. She is an advocate for the caregivers of PD and other disorders as well.

She is the Past Chair of the Movement Disorders in Asia Task Force of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society - Asian and Oceanian Section or MDS-AOS. Currently, she chairs Tending the Underserved Ad Hoc Committee of the MDS-AOS. She is also a current member of the Movement Disorders in Asia Study Group, MDS Rating Scales Translation Committee, and MDS Curriculum Development Sub-Committee. In the past, she has served as an Executive Committee member of the MDS-AOS, served in the Education Committee of the MDS-AOS, and the MDS Web Based Learning Committee.
