• Raymond L. Rosales is a University of Santo Tomas (UST) faculty Full Professor, Academic Researcher and Journal Editor; Founding Head, Neuroscience Institute and Dept. of Neurology and Psychiatry Past Chair, UST Hospital;
• Completed PhD in Neuroscience from the Kagoshima University Graduate School of Medicine, through tandem Scholarship Grants from Japan Monbusho and JSPS; he also trained in Neuromuscular and Movement Disorders from the same University Hospital.
• Presently an Honorary Fellow of the Japan Society of Neurology, an International Neurotoxin Association Board member and seats in the Editorial Board of neurology and movement disorder journals;
• Immediate Past AOS Chair of the International Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Society; and Past President of the Asian and Oceanian Myology Center
• Former President of the Philippine Neurological Association, the Movement Disorders Society of the Philippines, and the Philippine Society of Neuro-Rehabilitation;
• Besides USTH, he is an Active staff in Clinical Neurophysiology and Movement Disorders units of St. Luke’s Medical Center-International Institute for Neurosciences; Currently, he chairs the Dept. of Neuroscience and Brain Health Head and Founding head of the Center of Neurodiagnostic & Therapeutic Services of Metropolitan Medical Center.
