[ThE1-2] Narrowband Retroreflector Using Guided Mode Resonance for Oblique Incidence

A narrowband retroreflector consisting of a grating coupler and a waveguide resonator was proposed and designed with 20-μm aperture for 1540-nm-wavelength operation. Retroreflection spectrum of 2-nm bandwidth was demonstrated for oblique incidence of 8 degrees.
