[TuE3-2] High-Responsivity Silicon Microring Photodetector Based on Two-Photon Absorption

We report a silicon pin microring photodetector based on two-photon absorption with responsivity enhanced by optical resonance and optical biasing. A small-signal responsivity of 100mA/W was achieved, which is the highest reported TPA-based silicon photodetectors.
