[TuP4-C4] Transient Dynamics of the Starting Process in a Fiber Optical Parametric Oscillator

We report the transient dynamics of the starting process of fiber optical parametric oscillation, which experiences three stages, for the first time. The results bring new insights into the understanding of laser generation.
