[TuP4-E3] Chevron-beam Metamaterial with Active Tunability in Near-infrared Wavelength Range

We propose a tunable near-infrared (NIR) filter by using chevron-beam metamaterial (CBM). The active tuning resonance can be controlled to perform red- and blue-shift linearly by using nano-electromechanical system (NEMS) technique.
