[TuP4-F1] Wideband and High Sensitivity Microwave Phase Noise Analyzer Based on a Phase Locked Optoelectronic Oscillator

A wideband and high sensitivity microwave phase noise analyzer utilizing a phase-locked optoelectronic oscillator is demonstrated. From 9-11GHz, the sensitivity are measured to be - 114dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset and -140dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset without cross-correlation.
