[WA2-2] Feasibility Experiment of Whitebox Packet Transponder Switch with TAI

We experiment with multi-vendor capability in the field fiber and demonstrate video transmission capability in the lab. The usefulness is improved with the help of TAI implemented in a whitebox packet transponder switch.
