[WC1-3] Bending Sensor Based on a Compact Microfiber Probe

A miniature bending sensor based on a microfiber probe is proposed and demonstrated. By monitoring the intensity of reflection spectrum, a curvature sensitivity of 1.106dB/m^-1 and a large measurement range of 0-11.825m^-1 are demonstrated.
