[WP4-A1] Comparative Investigation of Kramers–Kronig and FFE in Low-Cost PON with C-band SSB-PAM4 Signal

We comprehensively compare the performance of Kramers–Kronig (KK) receiver and FFE for DDMZM-enabled SSB-PAM4 signal in C-band DWDM-PON. Results of 0~40-km 56-Gbps transmission show that FFE can outperform KK in the bandwidth-limited no-inline-amplification system.
