[WP4-D4] High-speed High-saturation-power Modulation through a 1560nm Long-cavity Directly Modulated DFB Laser

Different cavity length of 1560nm DML with low parasitics has been fabricated. A 500μm cavity of DML with high saturation power, 7mW, 20GHz bandwidth and 25Gb/s NRZ eye diagram was demonstrated.
