[WP4-E10] Compact Four-mode Waveguide Bend based on an Inverse Design

An ultra-compact four-mode waveguide bend with radius of only 3.9 μm is designed. The bend has less than 1 dB loss for TE₀, TE₁, TE₂, TE₃ modes, and the cross talk is below-20 dB.
