[WP4-E11] Programmable Spectral Processor Based on Polarization Manipulation with Liquid Crystal On Silicon

We propose a programmable spectral processor by manipulating signal’s state of polarization in the spectral domain. Experimental results demonstrate high extinction ration and negligible polarization-dependent loss can be realized with our configuration.
