[WP4-E8] SOI-based Polarization Beam Splitter by Using Bent Sub-wavelength Grating

A SOI-based polarization beam splitter using bent SWG waveguide is proposed. By varying the parameters of the bent waveguides, the effective modal index can be modulated to achieve ER as high as 26dB at 1.60μm.
