[Aim]
In this seminar, you will learn about 2 kinds of questionnaires. One is the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Second Edition (Vineland Ⅱ). Vineland Ⅱis able to use for birth to 90 years old, and adapt various mental disorders. Using it, we know each adaptive behavior scales in numerical value.
Next, you will learn about Japanese language version of the KINDL questionnaire’s revised version (KINDLR). KINDLR is a short, validated tool comprising 24 items, with six domains work used health-related QOL questionnaire of children in worldwide. There are 3 different self-reported versions were used per the age group, and 2 different versions for parents of patients. Using KINDLR , we will know the different support needs for child and their parents, and the effects of medical support.
