Neuroimaging for Pediatricians 2017

[Aim]
This is the 7th neuroimaging seminar programmed as pre-congress of Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Child Neurology. Neuroimaging, especially MR imaging, is a strong modality for evaluating pathomechanism, making a diagnosis, and monitoring therapeutic effectiveness of neurological disorders. We will have five lectures, including mitochondrial encephalopathy (Dr. Sumida), systemic disorders affecting CNS (Dr. Kitami). We hope this seminar will trigger pediatric neurologists, especially young people, to be interested in neuroimaging, and start to research neurological disorders with this modality.
