[BISC11-05] Broadband (3–20 µm) Mid-infrared Passive Spectroscopic Imaging for Gas Measurements using a Solar Background

Our passive spectroscopic imager can be constructed from wavelength-independent reflective optics using free-form mirrors, and we constructed a broadband (3–20 µm) passive spectroscopic imager using a microbolometer array sensor as a detector. In this report, we evaluate the short-wavelength region of the broadband passive spectroscopic imager and the detection of carbon monoxide gas, which is toxic.
