[BISC6-02(Invited)] Reflection phase microscopy for bioimaging

Our label-free 3D imaging technique, using wide-field reflection phase microscopy with narrow bandwidth light, ensures depth-selectivity through successive accumulation of interferograms. Validated for living cells, worms, and enhanced by a computational protocol, our method minimizes mechanical scans, advancing precision and speed in the imaging of biological samples.
