[BISCp-26] Development of Rapid, Highly Selective Spectrophotometric Method for the Detection of Trace Amounts of Nitroxoline in Tablet, and Human Serum

This study introduces an efficient spectrophotometric method for quantifying nitroxoline in diverse matrices. Optimal outcomes were achieved at a pH of 7, utilizing a 40% (v/v) ethanol solution. The detection limit for nitroxoline in bulk samples established at 1.5x10-7 mol L-1.
