[ICNN3-05] Investigation of High Brightness Blue Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Diodes with Hybrid Charge Transport Layers

MgZnO nanoparticles with various Mg compositions was used as electron transport layer (ETL) for quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs) fabrication, the maximum luminance (L_max) of QLEDs with Mg_0.15Zn_0.85O can be up to 48,865 cd/m².
