[LEDIA3-01] Characteristics of optical pumped AlGaN-based UV-B lasers on AlGaN
templates grown on TMAH wet-etched periodic AlN nanopillars

We report that the threshold power density of an optically pumped laser fabricated on AlGaN
grown on TMAH wet-etched periodic AlN nanopillars is reduced by half compared to that
without wet-etching treatment
