[LEDIAp-11] First-Principles Calculations of Bandgap Control of κ-Ga₂O₃ by Uniaxial Strain

The effect of strain on the band structure of κ-Ga₂O₃ was investigated using first-principles calculations. The results show that the bandgap increased or decreased depending on strain.
