[LSC5-05] Terahertz-Streaking Method for Electron Pulse Duration Measurements
Ultrafast time-resolved electron diffraction measurements have directly clarified the atomic-level structural dynamics triggered by photoexcitation on the femto-to-picosecond time scale. We are measuring an extremely short electron pulse duration (under 100fs), which determines the time resolution of the setup, using the electric field of THz pulses (THz streaking method).
