[LSC6-01(Invited)] Time- and space-resolved soft X-ray measurement for magnetization dynamics

We recently established time- and space-resolved soft X-ray measurements for the detection of spin waves in magnetic thin film samples. In my presentation, I'd like to introduce this technique and some experimental results.
