Precision agriculture or smart agriculture practices have provided many kinds of data and information relating to farm management, and then how to and who manage the data has become a keen/serious issue. Decision has been a main role of independent farmers for a lond time and decision support is an expectation of precision agriculture. People have witnessed drastic changes in agriculture.
