[OPTM6-04] In-plane 2-dimensional displacement measurement using sinusoidal phase modulation interferometer

We propose a measurement system to observe the wave front change using sinusoidal phase modulation. This system utilizes a high-speed camera and a band-limitless phase meter for 2-dimentinal measurement. In-plane 2-dimensional displacement measurement and laser wave front measurement will be demonstrated.
